The customer must notify Hifitalo of the return within 14 days of receiving the package. The refund must be made within 14 days of the cancellation notice.
According to the section of the Consumer Protection Act, which enters into force on 13 June 2014/ entered into force, the customer is responsible for the return costs of the goods. Hifitalo will not pick up the parcels from the Post Office, for example, but returns must be made as a posti distribution package or preferably as a regular package for Matkahuolto, which we will be dealt with in any case. This is also the most affordable way for the customer. We do not acknowledge receipt of packages where the freighter is Hifitalo. Hifitalo also does not pay for new packaging materials (cardboard boxes, cargo bags, etc.).
The above applies to all orders, unless otherwise agreed.
The products must be returned well packaged if the product is packaged in a separate protective package, and the original sales package must also be returned in a protective package so that the original sales package remains clean.
The Customer may use the product for testing, but due to the depreciation, the seller is not authorized to refund the entire amount paid. The most common refund of the paid-up is approximately 50-80% of the amount paid, i.e. the price at which we can sell the device returned to the next consumer.
