Due to its dimensions, the Aurora 200 is suitable for use in almost any situation. Whether used as a shelf speaker to get the most out of affordable electronics, or as a compact speaker for producing sound effects and surround channels in a home theater setting, Aurora is able to handle both situations perfectly. When complemented by our Center 30 speaker, the unified speaker configuration delivers consistent sound everywhere. The active Aurora Sub 30A subwoofer is not the perfect addition for cinema use, but also when the speaker is used alone and an enhanced deep bass range is required.
EXCELLENT TECHNOLOGY
As with their older siblings, high-quality technical ingredients are both visible and audible. The legendary Fluktus-Tweeter with its 28 mm silk combination hood guarantees a natural treble range that is unmatched. The dual magnet system with ferrofluid cooling guarantees high performance and - more importantly - high load capacity. The distinctive multi-wave front panel guarantees perfect scattering properties for all listeners. The 125 mm bass midrange driver is naturally made of Kraft Paper. Our specially developed long-fiber material guarantees an unparalleled natural sound pattern, making it ideal for playing both songs and instruments. Thanks to the carefully coordinated bass reflex structure, the Aurora 200 reproduces a deep bass range up to 38 Hz. At the other end of the scale, the Fluktus-Tweeter also allows playback of frequencies above 42,000 Hz.
OPTIMAL QUALITY OF CONSTRUCTION
All this is packed in a very robust, low-resonance housing with high-quality connection connectors. The bases, which are mounted flush with the bushing, get optimal working conditions here, and the bass control is screwed in place at six points. The Aurora 200 is pleasing not only for its work, but also for its visual appearance, as the speaker, available in black or white, combines the satin-faced black or light wood surface of the front and top panels. Skillfully coordinated combination of materials. Refinements, such as the invisible magnetic fasteners on the front cover, show that attention has been paid to detail here.
