ESX Audio's all-new QXE series is designed from a completely clean table with the goal of a very loud-sounding, sound-quality but affordable subwoofer! Two things have been emphasized in the design of the new cast aluminum body: the most efficient and accurate centering of the cone and the voice coil for a high-quality impact, and the suspension and cooling of the voice coil on the back of the element. With good cooling, it has also been possible to improve the capacity of the element.
The large 76 mm (3 “) aluminum voice coils are surrounded in two pieces by sturdy and powerful 100 oz (Y30) magnets that raise the sensitivity of the element high up to 89 dB even though the structure is massive. The 40mm long voice coil gives a linear motion deviation of +/- 14 mm and the mechanical motion deviation rises to a convincing dimension of +/- 22 mm. There is now a known bass to which you are not used in this price range. We recommend!
The collection includes elements in 12 "and 15" sizes. In addition, a version in a sturdy factory case and ready-made bass packages are available!
