As usual, DLS's new speaker range for 2015 covers coaxials as well as separate series, in the design of which sound quality has been considered the most important criterion.
The RC 6.2 is a stand-alone set with a sturdy midbass and a completely revamped cloth dome tweeter. Midbasses with 110mm magnets and "Dual" rubber suspension guarantee very strong bass reproduction and in a test by the German magazine Car Hifi, for example, the bass reproduction was described as very convincing. In the same test, it was also found from the treble that the DLS RC28 treble is well in the minds of the competitors and it is definitely one of the best treble in this price range! If you want to run a separate set active, it is recommended to divide the treble by about 2.5kHz.
The series also got a special mention for the fact that it can actually be played loud and as the volume rises, the midbasses stay brilliantly in control with the fast double bass and the treble sound does not change as the volume rises.
We can say that DLS RC 6.2 must be heard by everyone, as such a good sound has never been available for less than two hundred euros.
