You can often get better sound quality just by replacing it with new hi-fi level speakers, changing the car stereo never hurts and you get more features with it, but it brings additional costs. If the player works, you should start by at least replacing the speakers with new ones.

Installation is easier than imagined

Car manufacturers deliberately make connectors and screws different from the industry in general, and each car manufacturer has its own wires and mounting holes. However, manufacturers of audio products have for a long time already produced car brand-specific sets of their products, so that it would be easy for customers to update their car audio.

	The speaker adapter on the left is for the BMW X5/X6 model. As you can see in the picture, BMW has decided to slightly change the layout of the screw holes so that the standard speakers are not directly suitable for installation.
